Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Guush purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item meets the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging/labels intact.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns On Promotional Orders

Returns on orders that were part of promotional/seasonal events can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund providing that they meet the conditions listed above.

However, if you wish to exchange an item, you need to request your return during the promotional period to honor the exchange. Orders returned after this will be issued a full refund instead.

Return Shipping

We charge a fixed returns fee of £3.99 for all Returns. This will be deducted from your refund amount. The reason for the deduction is to cover extra costs we incur when processing returns in our warehouse.
